Mayoral appointments to London LEP Board applications open

The London Enterprise Panel (LEP) is the local enterprise partnership for London. Chaired by the Mayor of London, the LEP is the body through which the Mayoralty works with London’s boroughs, business and Transport for London to take a strategic view of the regeneration, employment and skills agenda for London.

Sadiq Khan is looking to appoint new members to the London LEP Board who will support and shape the development of a long-term vision for economic development in London.

The Board will provide strategic oversight and advice on activities such as the Local Growth Fund, Royal Docks Enterprise Zone, European Structural & Investment Funds and London’s ‘Growth Hub’, the public/private sector partnership which joins up national and local business support making it is easy for businesses to find the help they need.

They are seeking candidates from a broad range of backgrounds and would be particularly keen to hear from individuals with expertise in the following sectors:

  • Digital Technology
  • Science & Innovation
  • Creative & Cultural
  • Infrastructure & Construction
  • Retail, Hospitality & Tourism
  • Higher and Further Education sectors
